Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

9/22/25. Reported to front desk staff at 4:30am with sample of bedbugs still alive. Very young and untrained front desk - no idea what to do, so asked me! I asked to move rooms - that was all I ever heard until I checked out when the Asst. Mgr showed some concern, etc. I was award 10K points, that was it. Follow up from someone from one of their agencies, nothing more - room tested negative. Compensation did not even cover my dry cleaning since you need at least 30 - 40K miles to get a room at most lower end hotels. Not impressed with the process and won't stay there again. Seemed like a nice place, but it is more about the people than a newer hotel...
