Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Checked in to hotel on Aug 28, 2025 for 3 nights. Room 1101. Got over 25 bites by 2nd night before we realized. Informed front desk manager who asked for photo evidence and then quietly shuffled us to a worse view room - Room 621. We forgot all bedbug protocols and management did not help with extra bags for possible contaminated clothing or shoes so we likely contaminated Room 621 as well. After sending video and photos, management investigated and confirmed bedbug infestation. Severe allergic reaction to bites, had to visit urgent care and got meds for over 40 bites. Management provided refund of stay but no additional compensation for lost clothing, shoes, luggages, pain & suffering, medical bills, etc.
