This hotel has multiple reports of bedbugs, found online through customer reviews. The hotel has continuously denied the claims, telling customers they never stayed at their hotel, that they chose the wrong hotel all together to review. A lot of these reviews include detailed photos of the attacks. I just stayed at this hotel for two nights, checking in on 08/15/2025, checking out on 08/17/2025, and did get attacked by bedbugs. This was a birthday gift, so I was not aware of where I was going or staying, otherwise, I would have checked reviews in general. It wasn't until the second night of stay, that I found the bedbug reviews. Before I checked out on Sunday, 08/17/2025, I requested that the manager come into the room, 218, so I could make a verbal complaint about the bedbug attack. He seemed stand-offish at first, but I mentioned all the reports and reviews that included photos about bedbug attacks, I showed the bites on my leg and back, and then he not so willingly admitted that they do have a bedbug problem, and it's due to the heat. However, I questioned why then have they continuously denied reports by other users, he didn't have a good response to my question. I requested that the room be closed for bookings, and that the room needs to be properly inspected, he stated he would have room cleaning services check the room. It sounds to me like it was being disregarded, and that after a quick inspection, they would book the room in no time. This hotel has a duty of care to uphold, and is misleading it's customers by continuously denying claims. I want action taken, and I am reporting to multiple outlets to have this hotel put under the scope. No other customer deserves to be attacked, or worse, bring the issue home, which is extremely costly, and also emotionally distressful. I have animals at home, I cannot have treatments in my home, and do not support the use of pesticides. If the issue progresses on my end, either with an infestation that causes loss of property, or emotional distress, I will be seeking legal advice to take the concern further. Which I did verbally report to the manager at the hotel. Please do not stay at this hotel, and if you do, unwillingly, please be sure to protect yourself, and take legal action if needed. Thank you.
