I stayed at this location August 7 to August 9th 2025, literally this weekend. On Friday August 8th at 0720 hours, I woke up to a bed bug by my face. I stripped the bed all the way down and found 2 more very large very adult bed bugs i placed them in a zipblock bag. I notified the front desk and while they did move us to a different room and call an outside party to do a "test" for bed bugs. On August 9th at 1658 hours, I received a call stating that the outside party couldn't find any proof of bedbugs (because I removed them) and I will not be compensated. I have video proof of the bed bugs and bites all up and down my body, but they won't do anything about this to fix this or prevent another customer from experiencing this from the same bugs. So now I have to deal with possibly having bed bugs coming home with me.
