Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

5/10/2025 Approx 50 minutes after checking in, around midnight we alerted staff of a bed bug located in pillows. Hotel security sighted and commented wow that's big! Manager was called and was told refund would be issued! I have video, photo of bug and of the room. 11.29 today I am told that management would decided on refund! I have been patient and polite regarding this matter and I am seeking full compensation with further legal action if required!
