Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Stayed one night on July 6th, 2024. Found bed bugs crawling on pillows around midnight in Room 115. Informed the staff and showed them the bugs that we tossed in the toilet. They offered us a different room (206). Stayed the rest of the night in that room and did not notice bed bugs there.

07/25/25 my step daughter woke up with bug bites all over her legs arms and neck. We saw a tiny red bug on a pillow so then we assumed bed bugs. We looked under the mattress and there were other dead bed bugs. I told the hotel and they moved us to a different room. I requested free stay for our 3 nights but we they gave us 2 free nights. I had to pay to wash all of our clothes, blankets, and bags. You do not want to risk bringing home bed bugs because they can infest your own home and they are very hard to get rid of. Front desk didn’t seem concerned or apologize at all for our troubles. She just felt forced to contact management because I felt the urge to make sure they deep clean this room before anyone else stays in it.
