I reserved two rooms for my daughters birthday on 4/20/24 we checked in about 5:15-5:30pm we immediately went to the rooms to change so that we could go down to the pool. We were at the pool until 8:30 because the pizza is here and we are ready to sing happy birthday. Once we get to the room 331 I’m using the restroom and my husband comes in saying we have to pack up and leave. I ask why he says they have bedbugs. I come out the restroom and see two bed bugs crawling out of the bed covers we capture it in a cup and take it down to the desk. The management denied having bed bugs said that they don’t know if they have bed bugs and refuse to give a refund on the rooms. One staff member called the manager to his phone and he refused to authorize a refund. They called police to have us escorted off the property because other customers were asking questions about the bed bugs. After leaving the hotel I revised the hotel reviews and there are several other complaints about them having bedbugs and how the management has done nothing to fix the issue.
