3/22/24 I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at your hotel. My partner and I checked into our room and unfortunately, it turned out to be a nightmare. Upon waking up the next morning, I noticed that I was covered in red, itchy bumps all over my body. Alarmed, I pulled back the covers and to my horror, I saw a bug scurrying across the bed. We immediately inspected the room and found multiple bug traps hidden under the bed. We took pictures of everything and went to the front desk to report the issue. Despite showing the front desk staff our bites and the evidence of bedbugs in one of the traps, they refused to take any action. We were told that the manager was not available and they would have her call us. However, we never received a call from her. We were also shocked when they refused to wash our clothes or offer any kind of compensation for our unpleasant experience. Feeling frustrated and disgusted, we took matters into our own hands and washed all our belongings ourselves. We have also taken multiple precautions to ensure that we do not bring any bugs back to our home. It is unacceptable that we had to deal with this situation during our stay and we are even more disappointed that the manager has not contacted us despite our repeated attempts. To make matters worse, we were charged for our stay, despite the fact that we did not have a comfortable and bug-free experience at your hotel. We are extremely disappointed with the lack of action and concern shown by your management team. We sincerely hope that you take this matter seriously and address the issue promptly. We expect a full refund for our stay and a prompt response from your management team regarding this matter. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

We stayed on April 1, 2024 and discovered we were being bitten at about 4:30 am, at which point we took pictures to confirm they were bedbugs and immediately took hot showers and bagged the clothes that had been in the room to reduce the risk of transporting. We notified the front desk as we checked out around 6 am. She claimed they didn't know anything about the infestation but offered to have the manager contact us when she comes in at around 9:30 or 10 in the morning. It's now 5:00 pm and no word from the manager.
