On Thursday, 03/21/24, I checked into this hotel around 9pm. I woke up around 8am on 03/22/24, and immediately realized how badly my arm was itching. I scratched my arm and realized there were inflamed bumps all over my arms. I turned on the light. I had bug bites all over my arms, and a few on my back. I immediately knew they were bedbug bites. There really wasn't anything else they could be, due to the sheer number of bites I had. I'm allergic to most things, and I seem to be allergic to these bites as well. I went to check under the mattress, but there were dust bunnies all over it, when I pulled the sheets back. I knew at that point, that the room has really been cleaned. I was disgusted and got out of the room as fast as I could. I went to check out and I told the man behind the counter my inflamed, arms that were covered in, what was very clearly, fresh bites. He went and got some woman. She didn't speak English, so he was translating for her. He said she wanted to know if I had any pictures of the bugs. I said no, what I've got is fresh bug bites all over my body. He said something about giving me a refund. I said that's not what I'm worried about. I'm worried about the next person that stays in room 224. There's a bedbug infestation in there and it needs to be taken care of immediately. He told me he'd have the manager call me. Nobody has called me. I called the corporate office for Wyndham. They took a report. They said that hotel is individually owned and operated. I was told the owner would be contacting me. I still haven't heard from anyone. Meanwhile, I'm going to have to go to the doctor because these bites are turning into blister like bumps. This is disgusting and upsetting. I travel a lot and I've never experienced anything like this

I stayed in this hotel November 15th/16th I did not have visual bites on me until the evening of the 15th and did not know what they were or if I was just having an allergic reaction to something. Then in the middle of the night on the 16th I woke up and was covered in red bumps all over my arms/legs and some on my waist. There was a little black bug on my pillow in which I took a picture of. I had never had an experience with bed bugs before and didn't know if that was what was happening or if it was something out I checked out super early and left to go home to the doctors for confirmation. In which I have doctors note/documentation stating the bites on my body are in fact bed bug bites. I took pictures of my arms. I called the hotel and was told a full refund would be issued. It has been a week called back and manager stated that he could only refund one night which i told him that was not what he told me last Monday when I notified him right away of the bed bugs. He stated they did not find any in the room. I requested a full refund he said no refund would be coming.
