It was 2/8/24 when I checked in. They first put me in room 325. It was after midnight and had been driving for 4 hours and did not check as good as usual. Finally able to fall into bed when out of the corner of my eye I saw a bed bug crawling up the comforter to my face. I took a picture and I ran downstairs to report the bug. They asked me what I wanted to do and all I wanted to do was leave but we were at a stay to play hockey tournament and you have to stay at the hotel that was assigned to you by the tournament or your team gets kicked. So I had no choice until I was able to talk to someone from the tournament to just switch rooms. At the point the next day I figured if the new room had them my stuff was done for and a new hotel would not help because I would just bring them with me. I did not sleep at all because all I could feel were the feeling of bugs crawling on me. I tried to sleep in my car to get any sleep at all. When I went to go check out I wanted to talk about my bill and what happened. The front desk told me that the manager was aware and they he would do nothing until he met me. The manager was not around when I checked out and the person corporate told me to talk to and would be talking to me was gone too! The rooms were gross.
