Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Checked in Feb. 8th, 2024 at 4:30pm. Had a total of 11 guests in our group. 9 of them kids. Checked out approx 8 hrs later around 12:30-1am after finding a live bed bug that was running across the king size bed. Put the live bed bug in the container, took to the front desk, wanted to check out & get a refund. Was denied a refund. Only offered to switch the room for us & heat our clothes.

1. MARCH 25, 2024. WOKE UP MY DAUGHTER, SAW A BUG CRAWLING IN HER BED. TRAPPED BUG IN BOTTLE. CALLED HOUSEKEEPING, THEY SENT IN A BED BUG TEAM. (YES THEY HAVE PEOPLE ON STAFF FOR THIS.) THEY COLLECTED BUG, CONFIRMED IT WAS A BEDBUG AFTER TESTING. REFUNDED OUR ROOM, TOOK OUR CLOTHES FOR HIGH HEAT TREATMENT.
