11/1/2023 Received bed bug bites after staying one night and notified management. They said they would conduct a pest inspection. I have asked to see the report of the inspection on the room but they have stopped responding. I submitted pictures of the bites to management and again they are not responding. I am not looking for any $ back I just want them to actual do a health and safety pest inspection on that room so no other guests have to deal with what I am experiencing. They are not examining the room and continuing to put guests into it. If they have done an inspection of the room after my complaint why will they not share the results with me? Or why are they not responding. I am no longer staying at the hotel so I can not go personally to speak to management. I left after the 1 night where I received the bites all over my arms and some on my abdomen however I have tried calling and emailing and they refuse to send me anything showing they are taking any action to rectify their unsanitary room/bed conditions.
