Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

I called the hotel several times immediately after my stay to discuss the severe bed bug issue I had during my stay. Three times I was told that a manager would call me back. No return call. My check-in date was 7/17/2023 and I checked out on 7/18/2023. I stayed in room 805 across from the elevator. I was very badly bitten by bed bugs with at least several dozen bites. I had an allergic reaction so severe that I was sent to emergency. I have all pictures and documentation. I also had to spend $1100 to have my home exterminated because they came home with me. Management handed me off to their insurance carrier. Terrible customer service and no acknowledgement at all that they had a problem.
