9/13/2023 approximately 9/9:20pm found adult bedbug and had bites. Stayed the previous evening 9/12. Put it in ziplock bag and took to staff discreetly. They were kind and called a manager who reimbursed the room immediately. We put everything in bags (supplies by hotel) and checked out. However, they were fully booked and I am concerned for other travelers.

Stayed on September 29th as part of a block of rooms reserved for a wedding, in a double queen. Woke up in the morning itchy. Discovered a bed bug on top of the bedding of the adjacent bed. Hotel staff was nice about it and moved us to another room. They initially tried to only comp me half the cost of the first night, but adjusted after i complained. I probably wouldn't have reported here, but I see they also had a report on here on the 13th of September. This was odd to me, because the staff seemed really surprised, and said they had just had an inspection for bed bugs.

E-mail to General Manager: I’m e-mailing to make you aware of the bed bug infestation we encountered on Saturday, 27 September, 2025. We checked in around 4:00 P.M. went to a concert, came back to the hotel, around 1:00 A.M. my wife went to bed and we noticed multiple bed bugs ranging from adult size to second stage size bed bugs. I took one of the pillows to the front desk and the staff instructed ME to place the pillow in a garbage bag, the front desk staff seemed alarmed at the bed bugs on the pillow. There were no more rooms available, so we were forced to stay in the bed bug infested room. The next morning, Sunday, the front desk staff told me to contact the Assistant general Manager, but I had to call him on Monday. I called twice before he answered my message. I find it poor customer service that I had to contact a manager to discuss bed bugs in our room. This situation seems like it would be an urgent effort to address bed bugs. Lack of response to this situation is unacceptable! We shall see if our house becomes infested due to the poor cleanliness standards at the hotel you manage. I also have video evidence of the bed bugs crawling on the pillow. Sincerely, Room:3117
