Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

May 27-28, 2023 We had over 90 bites. We notified staff and front desk, brought the dead bugs we killed to them, videoed and took pictures of them actively crawling on the beds. We even took the bed bugs home.

March 10-11, 2024. I noticed a bed bug crawl across our bedding on the 2nd night. I immediately took the dead bug to front desk. They moved us to another room, gave us a thermal heater to treat our belongings and refunded our stay. Lab confirmed there were bed bugs in room 3224. Staff handled it well but I'm so grossed out and doubt we will return.
