We checked into the hotel on Friday, August 4, 2023. On Sunday, August 6, 2023, we discovered dead and live bedbugs in the bed. We also have multiple itchy bites on our skin. We took photos and videos to retain for proof. We have left messages with the hotel's general manager at check out. As of this report, he has not returned our call. We filed a formal complaint with Marriott's customer service and requested a refund for our stay. We were told to expect a follow-up within 3-5 business days.

5am on Monday October 16th, 2023. Bed bugs. Person at front desk gave new room on different floor and $9 in quarters to use the dryer. Said will contact his manager about further compensation.
