7/27 Moved pillow on bed and saw something moving, very small but alive bug. Then searched bed and found second one just like the other. Reported to front desk and someone came into the room used their phone light to look around the bedding but couldn’t offer explanation. Guest in room couple doors down leaving and said they had same issue

11-10-2023 Checked in to room 106. During the night we discovered a bedbug on my pillow and several more in the bed. We started looking and they were also around the seam of the mattress. I went and reported it to the office. The managers insisted that there was no bedbugs, that the place had been treated. I had smashed bedbugs on a napkin and also pictures. He refused to go to room and look. I ask for my money back and he refused. We got into an argument and I threatened to call the cops and told him that I planned to call corporate office. The manager was very rude and made no apologies for the incident.
