We stayed in this hotel with two young children July 2, 2023. On the third night staying there the next day my daughter woke up with hive like bites all over her arm. I woke up at 5 am to get ready for work and check out and saw her arm and then my husband saw a bug on the bed, he assumed it was a tick because we went to a family reunion the whole day the day before but it was on the bed and after he put it on toilet paper we realized it was not a tick but a bed bug. We immediately took everything out of the room to the sidewalk outside. We then pulled up the bed skirts and there were tons of eggs and we even saw live bugs varying in size. We took everything outside in trash bags and spent the whole day at my dads leaving everything in sun light and drying everything on high heat. We stripped and showered as soon as we left hotel and washed all of that. When I told the hotel front desk he acted unbothered and only offered a refund of one night “since we just now noticed them today”. I threatened to call the health dept and then threatened to go door to door to every hotel room as he was arguing with me that we just found them which was beside the point. We had to leave covers and everything behind. Priceline gave me a refund thank god but 10/10 do not ever recommend staying here
