Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

My stay was June 11-14, 2023 in Room 223. I experienced itching but thought it was mosquitoes so rubbed myself down with alcohol to control itching. Around 1am Wednesday morning, the itching was out of control. By 5am, i went to front desk to report the bedbug issue and sit in lobby until my departure time 9am. The front desk clerk got me another room 110 which i went in and it was a bug on the pillow. I spoke to the Director of Housecleaning who took my information and stated a Manager will contact me. As of of today July 2, 2023, I have not heard from the hotel. This is my first time experiencing bedbug bites which landed me in Urgent Care due to the uncontrollable itching and pain, taking medication, getting my house exterminated and destroying my personal items. I sent email requesting Manager's name and as of today July 2, 2023 no response. Refer to pictures for some of the bedbug bites
