Booked 4 nights June 26-30, 2023. Woken by bed bugs on 2nd night. Took owner to room. Showed him adult bugs, plus corner of box spring with larvae, droppings, and eggs. Requested refund. He offered another room near 127. Refused. Demanded refund. Still haven't gotten the money back. Took pics.
