6/10 23 check-in @4:30 checkout 1:30 am 6/11/23 Reported to front desk, they offered another room. I declined the new room. I have a fear of bedbugs and couldn't stay another minute in that hotel. We were asleep and woke up at 12:30 to being bitten..I had to wake my elderly parents to leave and go home with us since we rode together. Management was supposed to contact me for a refund since it was through a third party vendor. Management didn't contact and therefore I called the third party vendor. The third party vendor confirmed the incident with Management and the hotel manager only wanted to refund 1 of the 2 rooms booked. I had to contact the hotel manager, guest relations and third party vendor several times to obtain a full refund. I reported all of this to the third-party vendor and hotel Guest Relations. There has also been no compensation of luggage replacement and or cleaning of personal items.
