5/25/23 4:00 p.m Found a bedbug on my bed and then another on my backpack. Alerted management, who said they had just sprayed for bugs, and that they were probably just running away and dying, whatever that means. Manager D was not even going to give me another room since they just sprayed, but after insisting, he moved me from room 220 to 425, and though I did not see another bed bug in that room, I continued to get bit by them, and two bites are now infected. There was no one around to tell about the second room because the front desk in always closed except for 3-7 p.m. I finally left before my reservation was up. They did not care at all. Did not act surprised. Did not offer to sanitize the room, or my things, barely apologized, did not offer refund. There is a lot more wrong with this hotel besides the bugs. I would steer clear.
