Booked room via Wyndham rewards on 04/12/2023 checked into the hotel around 10 p.m. on 4/12/2023 and went straight to the room I was given. Room 215 second floor! Went to bed and woke up around 6am the next morning with small bites/itching in areas of face, neck, arms. I went to the front desk on my way out and informed them of the issue. I showed them the areas of my face and arms that had the bites/ irritation of bed bug bites. Anyone who knows about bed bugs knows after around 24 hours is when the markings of the bites really start to be seen and felt so the extent of the bed bug bites were not at 100% because they were still so fresh from being bitten just mere hours before! am very allergic to bed bug bites! He informed me that I was simply having an allergic reaction to something in the room. I told him NO. I left and he called my cell phone not even 8 minutes later and told me that they had removed the mattresses and furniture from the room and that I had brought bed bugs from my home into their motel. Which is completely FALSE! Now I have extremely irritated bed bug bites all over my face, neck, arms and back. That will most likely leave scars because they are now starting to puss over, and leave dry small sores ON MY FACE! Bed bug bite (bites) are very distinctive because of the row of bites they leave.
