1. Date: March 11, 2023 / Time: 2:30am 2. My fiancé and I had found a bed bug on our bed before we were going to get into bed. Went down to the front desk and the worker said the manager will be in at 10am. The worker then gave us a new room right away. At 10:30am on March 11, 2023 the manager followed me up to the room (214) and said the head cleaning worker and him checked everywhere and that if there was one there had to be more but they didn’t find any. They stripped all the bedding off. I kept the bed bug in a cup to show the manager and he said he would keep the bed bug. The manager did not say anything about a refund to us.
