My family and I stayed at this hotel the night of January 12, 2023. My oldest daughter’s entire cheer squad was also here for the UIL competition that weekend. The morning of January 13, my wife woke up covered in itchy bites and my youngest daughter also had a few on her face. We were on the go all day, but when we came back in that evening, we started checking the beds and found many bed bugs. They were on the sheets, on the mattress, in the seams of the bed skirt, and on the wall near the bed. We immediately started killing them and then called the front desk. They offered to move us but we discovered a small bed bug on the mattress in the new room. (Can’t remember the number but it was on the fourth floor.) We decided to check out immediately. The supervisor on site did not seem concerned in the least. They did refund us our night but it was a huge hassle to move hotels. My wife is still itching and has many scabs from the bites she received.
