January 11, 2023 around 8:30am I discovered a bedbug on my bed. My colleague and I trapped the bug in a cup and I showed it to the front desk. They said it wasn't a bedbug but they would call professionals in to take a look. I went back to the room and inspected my bed further. I found another bug, certain it was a bedbug. They gave us a new room. Supposedly, an exterminator was going to come spray the room after we moved out of it. The front desk was very courteous and quick to change our room, but I don't know how they actually handled the room afterwards. I hope it's taken care of and nobody else has to experience the bedbugs.
