October 8 2022 Check in time 3pm arrived at 4pm Found blood spots on duvet cover so I took it off and showed front desk. I went back to change the sheets and thats when I noticed 2 baby bed bugs under pillows and took pictures and then informed front desk and they offered me a new room but I refused and issued a refund. They did not want to go in and confirm what I was seeing. But they are definitely bed bugs.

After our team arrived to this hotel October 29, at least 12 out of 15 rooms were infested with bed bugs, no refunds.

Our stay was booked for October 14-16, 2025. After we checked in on 10.14.25, my husband & I entered Room 104 and noticed an overwhelming musty stench, unfortunately we stayed in that room anyway. At around 2:00 am on 10.15.25, I felt something tickle my right arm and turned on my phone flashlight to see what it was. I discovered a red mark in the crook of my elbow which was now itchy; after peeling back my bedding I saw the bed bug scuttling across the sheet on top of me. I jumped out of that bed, turned on the light and shouted to my husband about what I saw. I grabbed a plastic sandwich bag and caught the bed bug in it. We hurriedly packed up our luggage and made our way to the front desk. We put the bag with the bedbug on the desk & the front desk staff lady took pictures of my arm and kept the bed bug to show the hotel manager. She gave us another room on the second floor, which was ok, but we were too shaken up to get much rest. We cut our stay short and left for home on October 15, 2025. I left both of my suitcases behind in the second room and brought my personals home in garbage bags purchased from a nearby store; we were afraid to bring any bed bugs back with us.
