September 3th I reported being bitten by fleas and bedbugs coming from a old armchair in the room. No incident report filed, the staff wasn't responsive. I ended up having a severe allergic reaction and cellulitis due to the bites. They didn't have a room to transfer me to, they gave me a bedbug fogger to use in the room almost 5 days later. I suffered because we couldn't afford to move anywhere else at the time. I was bitten in my face ,neck, arms, legs, and ankles. I began throwing up and couldn't keep down food. We finally was able to relocate but the staff and owners treated us like we were on drugs and made me feel like my health was of no concern of theirs. I am scared from massive bites and am still suffering thru the healing process.
