I checked in on Friday September 23rd 2022 and on Saturday I was sitting here and started itching then I had bites pop up all over me. I went down to the front office and reported it then around 8:00 p.m. and the guy told me come back after midnight and maybe he can change my room so I sat in my car until after midnight went back and there was a female there she apologized and changed my room, they healed my stuff in my old room saying they were going to clean it. Today is Thursday of the next week I still have not got my stuff back and the manager is avoiding me. I have called I have went to the office, I have emailed, I have left my phone number, no contact at all. I had to end up going to the emergency room yesterday with a half fever and severe itching the ER doctor said I'm severely allergic to the bed bug bites. I'm trying to get the motel to pay for my medication they gave me four prescriptions. I should not have to pay for that but they're annoying me, I'm getting no help, nothing, she's just straight out avoiding me.

On Friday,November 4, I checked in after 3 pm. Around 12:15 am I woke up to a very itchy sensation on my neck! I got up and removed the blankets and I didn't see anything! I removed the pillow case and I saw a bed bug! (I captured video) I called the front desk and they told me that they didn't have any rooms available until 11am and offered that I stay in the "maintenance room" also I couldn't get a refund until Monday because the Manager wouldn't be in. I left around 8am and came back 15 to 12pm to check if they had a room.They didn't and said it won't be until 2 or 3pm and they didn't bomb the room either. Finally I got a new room and bed bug feces are on the box spring.

1/14/2024 8:15pm was just sitting and saw a bed bug crawl from back of my neck from pillow area. Went and told management at front office and nothing was done. They refused to care and wouldn't even offer another room. I saw a room I stayed in before that did not have them last time I stayed and she claimed room was not ready and refused to acknowledge me anymore. It's terrible. I know it's cheap but at least move me rooms. That's disgusting and I'm highly allergic.
