Major infestation of Bed bugs found on 9/15/22. Alerted front desk and they were skeptical and asked for photos which we showed. They offered another room and we instead said we were leaving and requested a refund. They refused to provide a refund.

Saturday, Feb 17, room 517. I checked the mattress and behind the headboard and everything looked ok. I didn’t discover the bedbug bites until after I had checked out. I sent an email with pictures of the bites to the hotel today. I have the characteristic three bite pattern along with big welts. No answers and no refunds.
