Please check your cabin at this KOA! We wish we had done so first. We have stayed at this KOA before with no problems at all Years ago before covid. This is why we stayed here again and our children love it here. Recently We stayed in a deluxe studio cabin from August 27-31st. We arrived with no bug bites, but after the second night my husband thought he had been bit by a mosquito since we were out by our campfire. The next day he noticed another bite. After we left the KOA several more bites appeared on both his forearms and they were looking very bad. We eventually realized this was not mosquito bites. Unfortunately, we hope we didn’t bring the bugs home with us and are trying to Figure out what to do to protect our home and not let this happen again. We contacted the KOA and they said to fill out a report. We haven’t heard anything back as of yet. The KOA said they didn’t see bed bugs in the cabin after we left, and we don’t know anything else. The staff during our entire stay was very nice, so this is very upsetting that this happened on our vacation.

Bedbugs on the Weekend of September 15, 2023 Report to office for a refund was told the company would be calling, they did not. They wouldn't pay for our stuff or exterminator....beware!
