Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Aug 8th 2022 1. I woke up an found a bug crawling on my sheet. I killed it and it left a blood stain. 2. My son saw a bug crawling on his bed. We caught it and killed it. It was a bed bug. 3. My son and I have bites from this stay 4. We saw blood stain on box spring 5. We took the bug and pictures of the stains to management. We never got a call to address the situation. I called and emailed corporate the pictures - no response. I called hotel today and manager said I would get a refund after I called to complain again. He did not apologize, was brief and hung up the phone.
