On Saturday 7/9/22 I checked in around 7:00pm at the hotel Redroof on 901 Navigation Blvd/I-37 Corpus Christi, TX 78408 US My family and I went to the room Which we notice it was dirty with garbage on the floor, the bathroom door broken and in general just not in good condition but it wasn’t until my husband saw a cockroach on the floor , he killed it and as he was cleaning up the cockroach he saw the bottom piece of the mattress, the one is under the mattress all stain, that’s when we started to inspection everything. The flat support of the mattress had a cover Which was all stain with what appeared to be from bedbugs, and blood. That’s when we decide to to leave and as we leaving we noticed all these old mattresses all pile up next to the dumpster all stain, Typical of bed bugs. I told the from desk guy in charge I was leaving because they have bedbugs in the room and he didn’t denied it!! He offer me another room which I did not accept because at that point nothing could guarantee me it was going to be bedbug free so I request a refund and he just said to call back the next day to talk to his manager because he Couldn’t do anything about it so I call the next day and I talk the the manager saying only that he need it to talk to his manager because he couldn’t do nothing. And as a right now I haven’t hear anything from the hotel nor have received a refund.
