Bed Bugs in the room at the Wyndham Hotel 8001 International Drive, Orlando, Florida, July 11, 2022. The resort gave me an immediate and complete refund after seeing pics. and video back to my booking agent which they said could take up to (10) ten business days to receive the refund to me. I did break out in hives after I departed and had to seek medical attention. When the Pharmacist looked at the pics and videos from the Wyndham to confirm his opinion it was "Bed Bugs". The pharmacist said they would send the photos and videos to the Orange County Department of Health, which they did, with further visual verification it was bed bugs. Happy I did not sleep in this room. Unfortunate.

11/18/2022 I woke up at 2:00 in the morning to fill bugs crawling on my skin. Immediately checked both beds and they were infested under the sheet. Called the front desk but no answer. Walked to the Lobby and spoke with a supervisor who agreed to comp one night ( It was my graduation weekend and me and my daughter's 1st time in Orlando. She is a stage forecaster survivor and this was her 1st trip since being out of the hospital) and change my room. Inspected and moved me to a room for doors down in the same building. Couldn't sleep the rest of the night because my mind was gone. Cut my trip short because I just wasn't comfortable anymore
