On 6/26/2022. I'm 9 months pregnant on a one night vacation. I woke up at 8 am came back from the bathroom to see bed bug crawling on the top sheet/brown blanket on the pillow and on the sheets and seems of bed, the room was nasty, had food stuck on the wall, no bible in the drawer, three pillows. When I was up front turning in the key I seen room maid at same time I said something about it to the front desk and was like that room has bed bug and needs to to be treated and well cleaned, they all said what your joking I / we said no here is proof and here are some bits to prove it, after that no response and was told I would have to contact management for a refund.
