June 8. I have photos of the bed bug infestation. I have attempted to deal with the staff and no one seems to take it seriously. Owner came to talk to the person working at the desk never decided to come to the room or speak to me. Told the front desk lady "it's general managers thing to deal with" then left. Manager is unreachable, only thing they are willing to move us to another room, how is this a solution when all the laundry and bedding is done in same place?! There is stains other than bugs all over this rooms I have bites all over me. Three nights spent here and I have to get rid of all of my clothing. Everything. And no one seems to realize this is an issue

11/14/2022 I stayed two days in room 109 the first night I had a rash and I thought I had an allergic reaction but the second night I had a lot of bites and found bed bugs . I reported it to the clerk which he said that he was going to check with the manager on what to do. A few minutes later he said that I had to check out because I had brought in the bed bugs, so I decided to check the whole bed and strip it down and yes indeed I found more bed bugs. I didn’t get a refund or anything , I’m not to bothered by that , what bothers me is that they know they have a problem and they just choose to expose people and take their money and risk their HEALTH. I do have pictures and videos , no one has to feel the way they made me feel , when they know they have a problem with bed bugs Management ignores it. Americas best value inn in twentynine palms they should take bed bug infestation seriously, is a risk.
