Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Two night stay 5/9/22-5/11/22 and woke up after first night with 20 bites and took pic of bedbugs in crease of mattress cover. Hotel manager apologized and moved me into room 310 without any hassle and no bites in that room.

2025-08-28 A bedbug crawled right up to me on the bed in room 207. I jumped up, took a picture and google searched the pic and it definitely was a bedbug. They apologized and moved us to room 420. We stripped the bed and checked and didn't see any. Went to Walmart and a restaurant. Came back and one crawled on the bed in the new room. I told the employee and asked for a refund. She asked the other employee (manager?) for help. Another customer walked up. The 1st employee said, "This lady was in room 207 and she saw a WATERBUG. They moved her to room 420 and she saw another WATERBUG and she wants a refund. " I said it was a bedbug and the 2nd employee rolled her eyes at me. It seems the code word for bedbugs here is waterbugs. I dunno. But I'm sick to my stomach!
