I am an Elite player who stayed at the hotel for a long weekend 2-10-22. I received almost 40 bites all over my body including my face and lips. Loss prevention did an investigation and confirmed the bed bug. T.C. of loss prevention filed my insurance claim. My doctor confirmed the bed bug bites and I had to go on an oral steroid it was so bad. I am now facing the possibility of scar revision treatments. The pain and suffering has been immense. BEWARE if you stay. Elite or not this can happen to you too.
