3/11/2022 I checked in and was assigned room 222. I make it a routine habit to check for bedbugs upon entering any hotel room. When I walked in the room appeared to be very clean. I pulled back the bedding and did not see any signs of bugs initially. When I examined the edges I did see what appeared to be bloodstains. I then lifted up the mattress and that's when I saw an enormous amount of bedbugs, in the hundreds. I immediately left and notified the front desk, who went to examine the room herself. She came back very apologetic and immediately issued me a refund. The 2 ladies working the front desk were very polite and seemed to have no prior knowledge of bedbugs being reported.
