1/1/2022 approx 9:00-9:30pm arrived at Motel 75.Checked in and key card to rm 104 was given, less than 15 min in 104 noted TV not working, moved to 105. Room had very poor lighting with missing bulbs, in less than 30 min in that room, laid on bed, started feeling bites on back of legs, arms, back. Peeled all bedding back and saw crawling black bugs on the mattress, sheet, pillow (in/out of pillow case), several noted on top of bedspread. Immediately removed all bedding from that bed, placed inside bathtub, moved all personal belongings outside on the sidewalk while awaiting ride pickup, went to front desk and waited 20 min for someone to show up, advised clerk of the bedbugs and need for full refund. She went to room ( refused to allow me to go with her), less than 5 min she returns and states, "I apologize for the condition of the room". Clerk wrote detailed report to booking/reservation agency to ensure full refund of an 8 day reservation.. Owner states, no refund will be given. I was there approx 1 hour! Now in the light of day, while attending a meeting close by, I can see that this motel has had no upkeep, care or attention. After reading the guest reviews on all booking/reservation platforms, it's evident the bed bug complaints have been voiced to the front desk/owner MULTIPLE times. They are aware of the bed bugs (as well of all the other negative posted complaints), If the amount of care and concern to address the multiple other complaints are indicative to the care and concern to treat for bed bugs, it's my opinion, this place has to be totally infested with bed bugs. This place needs inspected thorough y all agencies, list of citations and requirements or shut it down!

I checked in at Motel 75 on 04/27/2022 at 5:30pm. During the night I felt that something was walking on my face but I downplayed it, in the morning when I woke up I noticed that my pillow had blood on both sides of my head, confusion invaded me and many things went through my mind, still sitting in bed Something comes walking that at first glance I thought was a bug because of how round it was, I crushed it and it turned out that it was full of blood, that's when I realized it was a bedbug. I had to go to work quickly and did not report to the hotel, in the afternoon I spent buying a spray against bedbugs and items to clean and disinfect the room, when I arrived I made the report and the manager said that it was my fault because I had brought my own pillow and the bedbugs had come there. I left it like that, dismantled the beds and there were hundreds of all sizes, I sprayed insecticide everywhere, I took off all the sheets and linings and went to wash them in a coin laundry, that night I had to sleep in another hotel, the next day leaving work I went back to Motel 75 with all the clean sheets and when I started making the beds they started coming out again. At that time I went to talk to the manager and asked for my refund to go to another hotel and he refused, he had paid for 1 week. At that moment I left. Today 01/05/2022 I have hundreds of bites on my body. I make this complaint with the intention that it reaches the health authorities and they do an inspection, the Motel 75 is a danger to the health of any person.
