1. January 26 at 4:00am 2. I woke to find a bedbug on my bed near the pillow in room 301 at 4am. I had been moved from room 348 earlier in the day because neighbors were smoking marijuana and filled the room. I also requested 4 additional pillows from housekeeping right after the switch because the present pillows were flat. The General Manager kept denying there were bedbugs despite showing her the live bedbug and pictures of bedbugs at different phases. Neither she nor her staff on duty at the time offered to launder/dry clean my clothes or clean and vacuum my luggage. They didn't offer to relocate me to a nearby hotel since I didn't feel comfortable staying in another room. I had to throw all of my clothes in garbage bags, the later disposing of them because I didn't want to chance taking them to the next hotel or home when I eventually got there. She refused to reimburse me for my damaged property (clothes/shoes) that I had with me. I was also forced to leave the hotel without a coat in 21 degree weather. I loaded my car with just a sweatshirt on and a scarf I had in the car. Then waited for Walmart to open to by a temporary coat. My stay was also not refunded as promised.
