1/15/2022 We told them they had bedbugs and that we got bit. When we reported it to the front desk, they told us they didn't have any bedbugs and that their maids check for bedbugs. They were extremely rude and we told them we wanted a refund because we didn't pay $112 to get bit by bedbugs. They told us it's not their problem and we said we would report their hotel. They told us they don't care about what we had to say.
