It happened at 10:28pm est.1/15/2022 We reported it to the staff and management. They gave us no instructions and acted as if it were no big deal and did not help us at all. We caught a full grown male in a cup for them and they were not surprised by what we were saying. They only gave us a refund, but nothing for our clothes etc…. And offered no help. We stayed in the parking lot trying to figure out what to do and they kept checking people in as if nothing happened. They were treating us as if we were the problem. Both beds had the full cycle of bed bugs on them which means it’s been going on for a long time and they had to know and let us in by negligence.
