12/22/2021 found 1 bed bug on the side of my couch. My apt is spotless and passes every inspection. Immediately text management emergency cell number. No response. After waiting about 15 mins - I called the number. I was told calm down its not a emergency and in the morning she’d try to get a hold of the bug guy. I told her that the apt at top of stairs had a huge pile of clothes in there front room floor and were carrying trash bags of clothes out. She said thats weird and not normal and would check it out. Other neighbor just told my husband that the older couple that moved out below us had bedbugs. She has been telling management for months to do something about it. But nothing has yet to be done.
