We stayed Dec 10-12th. On the 12th we were packing to leave, my daughter was sitting on the bed and yelled bug! We have a video of the bed bug scurrying towards her. I caught it in a bag and immediately went downstairs. I told my daughter and husband to shake out everything in our bags and put them on the luggage carrier. At the front desk they did not say much. One lady told the man helping me not to put bed bugs in the computer to put a code word of Day Lily and the cleaning staff would know what it meant. (I think that was the word, I was still in shock at this point). They took one night off my stay. I went back upstairs still dazed and very upset. My husband said he pulled the covers back on the other bed and found a bed bug shed skin. We found another bag to put it in. I told him they only gave us one night off, I was in tears at this point. I did not want to bring bed bugs home with me. He went downstairs and with the casing. When I arrived downstairs they had us in the back office at this time. They said we can only give you one night off because you didn't tell us earlier. I said do you think if I knew I was sleeping with bed bugs I would have stayed here!! I would have left immediately. They told me the general manager would call me on Monday. I have had no phone call. I called for her and she was not in!! I am very upset. I hope I did not bring anything into my home!
