Checked in the night of 10/25 and checked the room for bed bugs but didn’t find any signs. Woke up in the morning to bug bites all over my arms and upper back, and used a flashlight to check for bed bugs a second time. This time found one crawling on the bed. Came back and checked out after work thag night. Management provided a refund for the rest of the nights but not for the first night.

Today April 18th 2025 I booked a stay for six months and checked into hotel around 5:30. We were given the first room around the corner from fro t desk. Immediately we started looking at the layers of sheets and mattress for bed bugs. Almost immediately we spotted one and vacated the room. Went to front desk and he didn’t seem surprised or care I had to ask for a new room and he gave us one on the 3rd floor. We checked out we couldn’t be sure we were safe to stay there… the bed had same stains as the first like blood spots, hair in shower and in sheets. We did shower lighting fast but the tub filled up with water it wouldn’t drain. Something resembling a used tampon was under sink in bathroom so we couldn’t pay $1600 a month sleeping in our car cuz we can’t stay in our room. They allowed us to check out for a bad experience not our fault. I don’t know what hotel is safe anymore.
