Stayed at La Quinta on October 19 2021. Checked into the room dropped off luggage in room. The entire hotel did not look clean. The air conditioner was set to 60° which with my research is a good method, try to keep it cold to keep the bugs at bay. This is when I looked at my family member and said we are checking out. Went down to the office and so we are checking out the lady said I have to know why. She needed a reason. I told her there is bedbugs and the bed sheets and pillows were obviously not changed since the last guest. Before our three minute conversation was over she had already printed out a receipt saying zero balance. Which I had not asked for thinking I would have to go through corporation to get a refund. It sure seemed like they already knew. I would not recommend staying HERE.
