10/16/2021 This was my first and last stay at a Red roof. My friend and I stayed for a night where we got to the room late at night and slept. We found a filthy bathroom, stained sheets with bloodstains and brown stuff, cigarette buds, and hairy bed sheets. The room was filthy and uncleaned. A few hours after this, my friend had bed bug bites all over his body in large concentrations. We called and their unintelligible manager said that the specific room was known to have bed bugs and had not passed the health inspection, but they still gave us the room for the night. We called Red roof corporate and filed a case report and we were told that management would call us back in a few hours, which they did not. Do not go.
