Our family moved into residence in September 2020, had no issues until the last week of October 2020 . We started getting bit the last week of October 2020 and noticed the bedbugs on our furniture and belongings. Contacted management and they dragged their feet forcing us to live in misery until their past control was able to spray. After management sprayed our unit a couple months later there were even more bedbugs then before. We offered to have our own pest control come and spray and heat treat our furniture. Management said no we had to use their pest control (which we are charged for in our rent on a monthly basis). Management made us wait as usual and not offering to live us to a new unit until their pest control was available again”. A month or so later pest control came and sprayed just our unit and it did not do a thing. I believe the infestation is in the whole building and management absolutely refuses to spray the whole building forcing the situation to become much worse.
