We checked in on Sat Oct 2. We were in the room for maybe 5 minutes and noticed a bed bug on the bed (side of bed on top of comforter). We started looking around and found a couple others on top of bed, we did not bother to look under the mattresses. The rest of the room was not clean; very dirty floor, something gross on curtains and ac/heating unit. We picked up our stuff and went to front desk to let them know. The person at the front desk did not seem surprised. We were given a refund without having to ask; she was very apologetic and nice.

June 22, 2025 @ 8:58 pm. Checked into our room, maybe 30 minutes later I noticed a bed bug in the wall, quickly Google lens'd it to make sure it was intact a bedbug. Packed my luggage back up, told front desk and all they had to say was they couldn’t do a full refund and that they spray twice a month for bed bugs. Left and went to a better hotel.

My 77yoa sister and I checked in sometime after 8pm on Saturday night 9/27/2025 and was assigned room 104. My niece and cousin arrived and hour or so later and we're assigned room 308. Our stay was booked by me. Sunday morning 9/28/2025, my sister woke up and discovered stinging bite marks from some unknown insect on her arms, forehead and chest area. My niece stopped by our room around 9am or so and informed us something had bitten her in several places about her body during the night. My sister mentioned being bitten too. Around 4pm my sister and I went to the lobby to await pick up for an event we all had traveled from Alabama and Georgia to attend. During our wait my sister reported to the male manager attending the front desk that she had been bitten during the night possibly by bed bugs. The male then stated that Orkin sprays the hotel weekly and basically insinuated that she wasn't bitten. She pointed out the bite marks that were not covered by clothing and continued complaining. The male asked sarcastically if she wanted to be moved to another room. She said yes. I spoke up and pointed out to him that moving to another room was currently not an option as we were waiting to be picked up for a 5pm ceremony. After the event my sister purchased 90% alcohol and a spray bottle to spray the bed, lining, around the bed, our belongings and her body. As she was spraying the bottom sheet on her bed she notice d a small black bug crawling on the sheet and alerted me. I saw the bed and photographed it. My sister then picked it up using facial tissue and wrapped it tightly inside it. Monday morning 9/29/2025, I woke up at 430am to prepare for our flight back home and found bite marks on both sides of my chest, my right wrist, my right forearm, my front left shoulder and the left side of my cheek. During checkout at 515am, my sister and I reported the insect bites to the young male desk clerk. When my sister opened the facial tissue to show him the bedbug it started crawling again. She closed the tissue and gave it to the male. She told him she reported being bitten on Sunday. She then asked him if the insect was a bed bug. He said he didn't know because he had never seen one before. He said nothing else. I mentioned that one of the occupants in 308 had been bitten too. He didn't say anything and finished checking us out.
